Hi i am Nicky, I am the owner and founder of Actipaws.
I am an experienced dog walker and devout lover of all animals from a Giraffes to snakes, they are all beautiful in my eyes. I love to be active outdoors and among nature. I have owned dogs for much of my life and have trained them all to a very high standard. I couldn’t think of ever being without the day to day nuttiness of a canine companion.
I hold an up to date canine first aid certificate and always carry a first aid kit on every walk as you never know what mischief our furry friends can get into.
Having given up a stress filled job in conveyancing I decided that the best thing for me and my own piece of mind was to combine my passion for dogs, exercise and the great outdoors into a business and that is how Actipaws was born .
Hi, I am Hendrix, I'm a fluffy, bouncy, playful, sociable German Shepherd puppy who is looking forward to meeting and playing with some new furry pals.
I love nothing more than to watch the birds, bees and flying things in the garden. I like to eat everything possible including the odd sock and piece of underwear that I occasionally grab from under mummy's nose.
I also love to bounce about the house and snooze on the sofas but my favorite thing EVER is getting cuddles from my mum and dad. They say i am a bit big to be a lap dog, but I am only a baby really..
Your dog will also be spoilt for attention by our whole family.
Paul is a dog loving softy at heart who lets Hendrix get away with almost anything, he just cant resist those puppy eyes.
Bradley, 19 who has been bought up with a range of dogs including Border Terriers, German shepherds and a bouncy Springer Spaniel, he loves to entertain them all.
Finally our youngest, Kyle, 16 who is a real softy. No dog could ever do anything wrong. He loves to come out on walks and play fetch and chase when he is not at school.
So you can rest assured that when your dog is in Actipaws care, whether it be for their daily walks or their own Doggy Holiday, they will be loved and cared for like one of our own family. ..
