Hi, i am Nicky.

I am an experienced dog walker who has trained a few dogs to a fantastic level of obedience. I am also a huge animal lover whether it be dogs, cats or even down to snakes. I am also a lover of being active and outdoors. 

Throughout my life I have owned plenty of dogs and I couldn’t think of ever being without the day to day nuttiness of a canine companion. 

I hold an up to date canine first aid certificate and always carry a first aid kit on every walk as you never can be too prepared for what michief our furry friends can get into. I also have a main kit located in my van. 

I gave up my stress filled job as a conveyancer, and decided that the best thing for my own piece of mind and sanity was to combine my  passion for dogs and exercise into one job and that is how Actipaws was born.

My name is Hendrix and I am the resident fluffball I am a very sociable, friendly, slightly bouncy seven month old German shephard puppy.

I love  to watch the birds in the garden, eat anything and everything possible, sometimes even the odd sock and piece of underwear sneakily grabbed from under mummys nose. i like to play ball with my other furry friends whilst out on walks and love to say hello to everyone.

I love to have a cuddle with Mummy and Daddy just before bed and snooze on the sofa whenever mum and dad are not around.

As Actipaws is primarily a family run business in which we take in your furry family members into our family home for a doggy holiday, please meet the rest of the Actipaws family...

Paul is my husband and has owned a few dogs in his life so far. 

He loves a little rough and tumble with our resident furball Hendrix so your baby will be in good hands with him.

Bradley is our 19 year old and he loves to play with any dog. He mainly tends to chase Hendrix about, especially when he has stolen something of his that he shouldn't have. 

Kyle is our loveable 16 year old who looks forward to meeting and playing with any dog that comes into our home. He is very much an animal lover.

It is safe to say that when your dog comes to Actipaws to stay or enjoy their daily walk, they will be looked after and spoilt as if they were one of our own.
